About Our Therapeutic Approaches:

The approach used during therapy sessions can be:

1). Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

This evidence-based therapeutic approach is focused on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. This approach aims to assist clients with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.

2). Solution Focused Therapy

This is a short-term evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and helps clients make improvements by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems

3). Person Centered

This evidence-based therapeutic approach requires the client to actively take the reins during each therapy session, while the therapist is mainly a guide or a source of support for the client. This approach allows the client to be in control.
