Group Therapy

Healing Happens Together

Sometimes the greatest encouragement comes from realizing you're not alone. Group therapy provides athletes with a supportive environment where individuals facing similar challenges can connect, learn from one another, and build healthy coping skills together under the guidance of a licensed therapist.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, confidence issues, or major life transitions, group counseling creates opportunities for growth through shared experiences and meaningful conversation.

Benefits of Group Therapy:
  • Emotional support from peers
  • Improved communication skills
  • Greater confidence
  • Healthy coping strategies
  • Stress reduction techniques
  • Increased self-awareness
  • Stronger interpersonal relationships
  • A sense of belonging and community
Topics May Include:
  • Managing Anxiety
  • Athletic Identity
  • Balancing Sports and Life
  • Stress Management
  • Building Confidence
  • Leadership Development
  • Coping with Injuries
  • Grief & Loss
  • Emotional Wellness
  • Healthy Relationships

Sessions are for youth, high school, collegiate and former athletes, as well as sports teams and small athlete groups. Sessions are facilitated in a respectful, confidential environment where every participant has the opportunity to learn, grow, and support others. Mental wellness doesn't have to be a journey you take alone. Group therapy helps athletes build confidence while learning practical skills that extend far beyond competition.
